When you take a "Closer" look at Julia Roberts' hairstyle, you realize how classy it is.  Long, almost all-one-length hair has been blown dry for maximum volume, then the top layers were smoothed with a straightener.  Including those slight layers picked up several inches from the entire length, are all curled somewhat tightly on just the ends.
