Carlson Cut

At the pre-Emmy party was Kelly Carlson wearing a short hairstyle full of layers.  This is a cute cut and style though I don’t agree that Kelly has the forehead to comb all her hair off of it.  The design of this look can be worn for formal or everyday depending on the emphasis given by the amount of makeup worn.
