Hair Shaping
Though this style exhibits some stray locks, the overall idea is the arranging or 'shaping' of the hair into a forced direction. Here Lori Loughlin has her long length blown dry around to the front, framing her neckline. Like a "hair collar", the sides are shaped with a round brush giving the illusion of the hair hugging the neck.
