When a bride is as gorgeous as Scarlett Johannson,  she will only need a simple, formal look for her hairstyle, so as to not compete with her beauty.  Lightly curling the top and front section for a little lift , this off-the-face direction says "look at me".  The back was simply twisted into a knot, utilizing her golden hair to elegantly shine within its folds.
