Hilary Duff exhibits her formal look that gives those of you who like "dare to wear" styles; something to think about.  Straight, side sections are becoming more and more popular, and Hilary’s stylist utilized this look, then took a folded ponytail style, made it a bit messy and called it artwork for the evening.
