We call it strange when people wear unusual hairstyles, yet what do we respond when Gwen Stefani wears an ordinary ‘do?  This medium length has been dried with lift and large curls that appear to have been implemented from a "roller set" as they produce just this type of haphazard bends in different directions unless smoothed differently.
