Carmen Electra has her antique gold blond hair straightened into sleekness.  A neat trick to break the smooth look slightly is to utilize a flatiron that has rounded plate backs.  While ironing the hair, these are used to twist the ends into a slight bend.   However, for a more natural look, here the stylist used said irons to create "bumps" into the length at level intervals.
