Petra Nemcova Judging the 2008 Miss Czech Pageant Finals

Petra Nemcova has a lot of density to her hair, so when the decision was made to trim her hairline behind her ears to make it "neat", there was no doubt that she had the strands to spare.  Her "I Dream of Jeannie" look has been banded and wrapped to wear for this formal event.
