Put some pizazz in your medium bob style just in time for prom.  Damp hair should have gel applied to help lock in curl, apply a TINY bit of hair serum to smooth the frizz, then apply heat protectant.  Take vertical partings and start curling with a small barrel.  Allow to cool, then adorn with your favorite accessory.
