Tess Daly at The F1 Party at the Bloomsburg Ballroom

Here’s a great trendy look that takes a little time to prepare but well worth the effort.  Tess Daly has had small vertical sections taken one at a time, sprayed with heat protectant, then curled with a large curling iron.  These sections were already combed prior to spraying and curling, so they can be left undisturbed to fall freely, allowing the neat smoothness from the spray and heated iron to be admired collectively.
