Miley Cyrus must have natural curl and body in her hair for hair of this length to have such crisp curl definition.  Curly heads should always grow their hair out for it to relax and therefore conform to softer styles.  Unfortunately, they can also wear the curls, if they desire, and it’s usually much to the chagrin of the rest of us.
