Are you talking about the blonde in the pic at the party? YES, her hair looks like it's overprocessed or at best underconditioned and dried out.
I was referring to the crazy, daring, fluorescent color in the
'Pink' Hair style that
style4me posted about two weeks prior to this posting.

This is the style and shine I was referring to.
It's quite rich, deep and almost pink nuclear in this picture, so be ready. Like someone says, it hurt their retina, so put on some shades.
Seriously though, this is what I was referring to, wondering if the 'glow' was from the flash or is her hair really that glow-in-the-dark shade.
