Wow I was having some problems and solved them by thinning my shampoo.

I have long hair and usually am washing it overmuch because the scalp gets oily or dirty from workouts, etc. The ends I would be happy to smooth and comb out with conditioning spray.

I realised I liked the effect better when i used one half shampoo to water mixed up and then applied to hair. Now i feel like I don't have to lather up twice and dry my ends but the scalp gets rinsed.

Anybody else do this?
