I just like to start off by introducing myself to this forum. I'm a 25 year old Florida girl who loves that water. I love swimming, suba diving, jet skiing, and water skiing, which has taken a toll on my hair over the years. What I'm looking for is to gain knowlege on different to maintain healthy hair for someone like me who is constantly damaging their hair from the contents of salt water.
