Just in case it's not obvious, I haven't really given hair care a lot of concern in the past few years. My hair has always been fine as far as I was concerned. It was there and that was enough.
But as I get older, I am noticing small changes in my hair. So now it's time for me to start paying more attention to the care I give it and the rest of my body.
So, I'll be switching from Suave to some of the other suggestions in this post. What else should I be doing?
