Yes Crissy and it applies to me too.
I have fine, flyaway hair and it looks pretty good when I fix it right so I want it to stay. If I don't use the hairspray, it blows around and doesn't look like I did anything to it, even if I comb or brush it again. So I have to use the hairspray and it can be overdone, even with the most expensive, good sprays that claim "touchable". It's not going to be natural and touchable, if you've sprayed enough layers to make it decoupage. LOL
