As for the growing process, I have used Garnier Fructis "Length and Strength" before, and I found it works pretty well. I was having to get my haircut about every 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to keep it how I wanted. This time I'll just let it keep growing though.

And for styling, I used this stuff called "Mens Grooming Cream" by Aveda. I got it at my hair salon and it works really well at getting your hair to do what you want and separating to make layers stand out. I usually put some in my hands, rub together and then mix all into my hair, making sure the roots get hit first, then I blow dry it from underneath in an upward motion.

Anymore help/idea's would be appreciated.
