Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I won't be doing the straightening.

The electric comb seems perfect! I can't believe I had never heard of it. I looked in to it a bit and it seems to be just what I needed, I just didn't know it existed. I have one worry though, it's a comb, but can the ends touch my head or are the hot as well? It's mostly curiosity, just so I know how careful I can be, I don't wanna find out the hard way, lol. I'm going to attempt to go to a beauty supply seller to see if they have one, as well as some of that Garnier "Shake Effect", lol.
I'll report back tomorrow. Thanks a lot!

EDIT: I've also heard/read that using things like this could damage hair a bit. I currently use a Shampoo and a Conditioner, should I be using any extra creams, oils or sprays?

EDIT 2: I just bought it and spent around 1 hour with my mother, it's pretty straight now, pretty much how I wanted it. But to preserve it... I wasn't able to find the Fructis "shake effect", could you recommend other alternatives?

Also, should I use a liquid before using the comb? I saw at the place that they sold things for that...
