I would say....take the picture! It's so much easier than trying to describe the style and hope that the stylist "hears" what you are trying to describe.

Print this out...someway, somehow. It doesn't have to be photo paper, just good quality white paper so the image shows up well.

And tell them the layers (looks razor layered) are NO shorter than the bottom of the ears, WHEN DRY. Wet hair is a little longer, so it needs to be compensated for. And the parted front fringe hits about mid ear.
