I really like the longer length on you and it looks more like the Emo look I know you were wanting to achieve. And there's going to be a lot more versatility to it. You'll be able to change up and do different things like when you blow dry it, etc. And experimenting with different hair products will be fun for longer lengths are needed. Short hair has very few possibilities. Should you ever get brave enough to get that razor cut for that look you originally posted pics of, take that picture and know that once they put that designer cut in, you're set with only that. And I especially would encourage you, not to grow your hair out on the sides again. It's not you. It makes you look boyish and heavier...neither things you want, I'm sure!!!
Some salons (and websites) can take your picture and show you what you will look like with different hairstyles. That's a hint for you anyone else reading this post!
