You needn't worry about emo hairstyles as they are much longer than 2 inches.
As for short hairstyles, I will link you here to a few, however, unless I know more about your hair type or facial features, I couldn't recommend anything. I'm assuming you just want to see the options and determine it for yourself...so here it goes.
