I've been trying to decide on a new hairstyle but I'm not really sure what would look good on me. For the past couple of years I've had really short hair like this:

Since late March I have been growing it longer but it has gotten to the point where I really need to do something with it because it looks far too messy and unproportioned, especially at the back. Here are some shots:

I also found this one of Johnny Depp which I really like but I dont think I have the right type of hair for it, I would also like my hair to be a little bit longer than in this photo.

I like the shaggy look some of those have but I'm totally open to any suggestions.
