That pic you found is PERFECT! yes, except for the fringe. It can be a bit too choppy for some tastes. Replacing it with the other fringe would be great and you can take both pics when you go get your hair cut and say.."this is the look I want to start working on". Until your hair grows out in the back, whatever "TRIM" you get can be done with the potential style in mind.

As for view from the side, the longer hair in back will still distract from that.
