I just had a baby in July. I got tons of comments on how gorgeous my hair was. Now that I've stopped taking my prenatal vitamins I think my hair has become stringy and hrd to manage. I may start taking them again. My nails were so weak and thin, but now thaey are very strong. Even after I have stopped taking my vitamins they have stayed beautiful and thick.
