Is Jemima Khan's a little bit dated? 15 years out of date? Why does she wear it so long?

I thought she cut her hair for a while or was that a wig? I think she stays away from shorter hair because she would look too much like her mother. lady Annabel is very high profile. If she marries High Gant she should cut it and mark the end of an "era".
