He is the 2nd one from the left, anyone know's what did he put in his hair to make it look like that?, it looks natural, playful, shiny, and sleek. any suggestions ?

It's actually all in the haircut first. This is crucial. The haircut will make or break the look.
Then, for control, the sharp lines and the "playful" stray tendrils have had product applied after hair was dry. Probably some hairwax or other "bedhead" product.
