bad color combos

I have seen this style a few times, and I can't stand it. When a person has half of their hair blonde, and half black or very dark brown. Take Christina Aguilera for example:

She looks like the Bratz styling head I bought my daughter for christmas! Seriously!! Christina really has alot of guts. You have to give her alot of credit. She likes to change her look alot!

I agree I don't like this look either. It is too contrasting of colors. What is the point of doing it like this: shock value? She does do some some shocking things but this is a little to crazy for my taste.

Yeah, she definitely likes changing her look a lot... I like changing my look, but I avoid things that look horrible, lol! I have to say that I like Christina much better with the classic pin curls, blonde hair and light on the makeup look.

Yep- she does like to change it up a bit, but she is an entertainer, so I guess that's ok. I don;t like the blonde/black look either, but it seems to be very popular right now with the younger crowd.

She looks like she is trying really hard to look like a **** star. This was when the "Stripped" album came out. It pretty much stripped away all respect i had for her. I think she is more talented than britney Spears but even more misled about her public image.

The hard Marilyn look doesn't do it for me either. What is with the hard candy shell? Can't she just do her hair natural and be a latina singer?

Its definitely an odd combination, but I don't see nothing wrong with trying to stand out. Sometimes it takes people like this to set new trends for a mostly reserved population to try.
