Changing my daughter hair color

My daughter has dishwater blonde hair, she got into this kick of coloring her hair black. What can I do to change her hair color back to the original color without turning it orange color?

ONCE YOU GO BLACK, HARD TO GO BACK. MY HAIRDRESSER SAYS THAT IF YOU HAVE BLACK DYED HAIR AND WANT TO GO BACK TO YOUR HAIR COLOR, YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT STRIPPED OUT BY THE HAIRDRESSER. SO PLEASE GO TO THE HAIRDRESSER AND HAVE THEM STRIP IT DOWN TO HER REGULAR HAIR COLOR AND DO IT BACK TO THE REGULAR HAIR COLOR. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THAT YOU GO DO IT WITH OUT HER HAIR TURNING ORANGE. GOOD LUCK!!!

I totally agree with Msgucci. Thanks for your words of wisdom. I couldn't have said it better myself. It's either this or let it grow out and cut it off.
