Look at the hair here. Use of wheat, dark ash blonde at the root, and lighter platinum with a lot of light gold at the ends makes a thinning bunch of layers really pick up the light. See the tones that set off the colors too, beiges, neutrals, and whites. |

Yes this is an old trick. Bleach and ammonia next to the scalp will worsen thinning hair and scap conditions. But vegetable dyes one inch fom the roots will help hair calm down and possibly retard further loss.
Older clients must then use more shine product. This is why good color is best, so you won't have to re-chemically process existing colored hair. A silvery balm worked throught hair does wonders, especially when cameras are a factor. |
