Sometimes you see people embracing styls for the sake of the style and it is not always flattering. Do these people realise they are teetering on the verge of victimhood?

We would all love to see the pic you have shared. However, it takes us to a page that asks for our username and password. In posting a picture, make sure it is alright to link or use the pic first. Then, right click the picture to bring up a menu. Select properties. Highlight and "copy" this link address. Back in the posting window, click where you want the picture to go. Left click the "yellow" box on the bottom line of the above toolbar which is the fifth one from the bottom right. It looks something like the scene of a mountain top with a planet in the upper right corner. Paste this link address in the appropriate line and click "ok". Your picture should appear instantly! : D Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I don't know the picture you are referring to but my sister used to have hair grown down past her butt. All one length. It is a pain to take care of so she cut it off not to long ago. Everytime I would see someone that would know my sister they always asked if she still had her long hair. She donated it to locks of love. She would go through like 2 bottles of conditioner to 1 bottle of shampoo because it would get so tangled up so easily.

When my daughter was younger, she grew her hair to her butt. It was cute on her because she was short, and about 8 years old, lol. People that grow it to their butts that are older and give it no sort of style... it just looks bad most of the time. It always seems sort of ratty because it's harder to take care of.

I see these older women who have grown their hair way too long and go and get a major makeover/haircut on a talk show and wow, not only does it make them look about 10 years younger but it almost gives them a "face lift". Their long hair made it look like their faces were drooping.

I don't mind real long hair on a person, but they should make sure it is well taken care of. I used to work with a person that had real long hair, but the ends were all stringy and frizzy. Looked like splitsville! If she were to just trim it once in awhile it would have looked real nice!

I had really long hair when I was a kid. It was down to my rear and a pain to wash. I woke up every morning with tangles all in it. I could never have hair that long again. It's just too much work.

I saw a woman just the other day who probably was in her 60's and had hair down to her butt. It was not flattering on her at all and it really dated her. She looked like one of those hippie girls from the 60's, plus it looked ratty looking as if she hadn't combed it in days!!

I don't think long hair is flattering on older people. I think I am too old for long hair and I am only 41 years old. I do have shoulder length hair, and I think it really looks too long on me already.
