His hair insn't the only thing wrong with the picture. I don't really like black hair on someone that has really fair skin. Dark hair, that dark, usually looks better on someone with olive toned skin.

His hair doesn't really bother me. It seems to suit his overall style. In fact, one of the groomsmen in our wedding somewhat reminds me of this guy, except his hair is dark brown. I've seen quite a few people that fair skinned that have natural black hair, actually.

My guess he is still in college. Seems like that is the style for these kids. I don't like long hair on men, especially black hair. I like clean cut hair and brown.
