Computerized photo imaging

Is there a website where you can download a photo of your self and professionals could pick a style for you? I have seen these in the mall years ago, and have not seen them around lately. I would like to seek what I would look like with different color and short hair.

This site has where you can pick someone that looks like you. You can do a virtual makeover. I havn't seen one where you can crop in your own picture, but I will look around for you.

Oh yes! That would be great to be able to photo shop a new hair style for your self. Better than going to the salon and finding out later that you had made the biggest mistake of your life.

That sounds awesome. I am always chicken when I go into a hair salon and think I will change it that day but I never do because I am always afraid of what it will look like. Being able to see it first and try out different styles would be so cool to look at what you may potentially look like with a new do. I think I will check this out.

I was looking at a site with links to this kind of thing too. But I am not a fan and here is why: The hairstyle you wear is not for photo ops where you only get one straight on view or can control from which side and angle people see you.

It's more organic. Your head is always moving. That can't be predicted by following a picture.
