Default Anything that makes hair grow faster?

Do you ladies know of any products that can make your hair grow faster? And I would prefer it didn't give me hair in other areas. I've heard that vitamins can, but anything else?

Have you tried Garnier Fructis Length & Strength? I swear it helped me grow out a bad haircut that I never asked for. From the website:
Quote:
Get longer, stronger hair - with 80% less breakage* with the Garnier Fructis Long & Strong system of Shampoo, Conditioner and Anti-Split Ends Treatment. The first anti-breakage system for longer hair with active fruit concentrate from Garnier. Makes hair up to 5x stronger. Restores shine and protects against dullness. Reinforces hair from root to tip. Hair becomes stronger, so it grows longer.
* Garnier Fructis Long & Strong System in a brushing test compared to an ordinary shampoo.
You can get a free sample in the New Products section on the website.

Thanks so much for a quick response. I will go to the site and try it out. I love their shampoos and conditioners I have tried in the past. The smell so sweet.

I don't think there are products that would make your hair grow faster, but a healthy diet can. I know gelatin can make your nails grow faster so why not your hair!

Default Makes Hair grow Faster

Good health and diet are great for your skin and hair. As are good pH balanced hair products and proper vitamins.

What is the best thing to do to make it grow faster? Scalp stimulation. Whether through massage or brushing a lot, you need to get that blood flowing under the scalp.

And so nothing is working against you. Take care of your hair so it doesn't break off at the other end. That would cause making it grow faster to be futile.

Never brush wet hair or abuse it in any way with tangling, back brushing or prolonged heat. Need I say, never tear things out of your hair. This includes the comb after shampooing. When it's windy, wrap up or cover long hair. If you must color or perm, allow a pro to do it. Conidition regularly and always protect from the sun. To keep hair healthy, Locks of Love are great instructors for virgin, well cared for hair.

Is it true that trimming the ends of your hair can make your hair grow faster. To me it your ends don't have anything to do with your roots. Hair is dead anyways??

This is not true. The only reason some people think that is because when hair is left untrimmed, split ends can make it look thinner at the ends, making it look shorter.

If yo stop blow drying and using hot curlers or any kind of heat on your hair, you will be amazed at how fast your hair actually grows. It is not really growing any faster, it is just not getting damages, so it doesn't break off.

This is some great advice. My hair doesn't seem to grow as fast as it use to. I may have to do some of the suggestions, especially since winter is coming. I like my hair to be longer in the winter.
