Sleeping in hair

I usually put mine up in a loose ballerina bun with a cloth scrunchie on top my head, that way, I don't roll over onto it.

Braids leave nice waves, but it freaks me out when I roll over onto it- my braid is as thick as my wrist and past my waist- it's like rolling over onto a snake!

Putting rubber bands in your hair can tug at your hair and break it. I never use rubber bands in my hair, it is so curly, they tangle easily.

The gal who cuts my hair told me of this older woman who comes in the salon weekly. She gets her hair and her make-up done once a week. She does not wash her hair nor wash her face!! I was aghast when she told me she doesn't wash her face...ewwww...but she said it's true and everyone in the salon knows that she does this. Now that's going a bit too far wouldn't you think?
