Default Mask of Pregnancy

I had this when I was pregnant. From what I read, it's more pigment in your skin. I had never heard of it. I have dark blotches on my face, especially around the forehead. They say it fades once you have the baby, but it seemed like I noticed it after I had the baby.

It is finally fading but not fast enough. I'm thinking of getting a chemical ***l or something like that as I read that it can help.

Anyone ever had a ***l done or experience skin discoloration?

I got these dark spots on my hands when I was pregnant, could this be the same thing? They didn't fade, though, and I still have them even though my oldest is almost 23.

When I was pregnant my skin was very clear. I never got the mask but my sister in law did. She used oil of olay facial cleanser and lotion. She said it helped her, but it may irritate other women's skin.

I'll try the Oil of Olay. I think the dark patches on my forehead are getting better. My chin line still is pretty blotchy. To me that isn't as noticeable as the skin on my forehead. Thanks for the advice. My skin isn't that sensitive so hopefully I won't have any problems.

Default Skin Bleach

There are a few different skin bleaches available in the stores that are in jars labeled as just this. They are quite a bit less in price. Compare to Oil of Olay and Neutrogena products that claim to take care of age spots and other skin discolorations. Yes these products are great. It's just that if you are looking for one feature in a product, you only want it for that reason and sometimes it's nice to know you can buy it separately.

So if this is all you want from this product, I thought I'd pass this along to you.

Thanks Toni! I do not keep up with skin products like I should. I'd like something with immediate or fast results. I will definitely look for skin bleaches at the store. I had only read about the ***ls being good for it but didn't really want to go that route but would if it helped.

I got these too, and I was told by a dermatologist that as long as I was taking birth control piplls, they would not go away. I stopped taking them last year and they have really faded a lot. Recently, I tried on eof those at-home micro dermabrasion kits that yo can buy at a drug store and it made them much less noticable.
