I haven't used a curling iron in ages. I had a Revlon one that I loved and used all the time. I may get another one as I would like something to dress up my hair every now and then. Since it's been so long since I bought one, what kind of curling iron do you like best? Is there a namebrand that you have found that works better than most?

I have one of the Revlon curling irons that is ceramic. It's similar to the ceramic flat iron that I use as well. I'm not really sure what it is about the ceramic that makes it work but it does do well on my hair. Unfortunately because my hair is thick, the curls don't stay as long as I'd like.

I had the whole set of curling irons when I still used to curl my hair. They ranged from a really large barrel (I can't remember how many inches the barrel's were) to the really tiny one. Depending on the mood I was in for the day determined which one I would use that day. I haven't curled my hair in years but when I did I had the whole range of them.
