Has this lady got a great cut but hair that is ready to throw in the towel or what? Would deep conditoning weigh it down? It catches and reflects NO light. |

I think it may look better when she is not outside in the wind. (maybe) If this is how it looks all the time, then yes, I would say it is probably over shagged.

That is heat damage. Her hair does not seem to have a lot of color change going on. You would expect her to have a head of glossy hair.

This picture is confusing.
Has she just not washed her hair in a while? I also get the idea that if she is using cheap products or cheap alcohol based gels to "style" her hair, this is the result. A spray in like aussie moist and NO heat styling would fix this inside of a week. Ongoing use of a moisturizing mousse would put some life back into this hair. That said, i think her bangs at least need a trim. Ends too. Is this perhaps a grow out phase? |
