here is a pic of me. img_1103.jpg - 1.92MB my hair is like fine wavy, frizzy. here i used gel and a molding cream. i dont know my hair kinda looks weird and i cant never style it the way i want it because my hair texture changes a lot even during the day sometimes. it never stays the same. and it flattens. i have my hair here to like medium length and i want to make spiky a bit. ive tried lot of methods but nothing works to hold it up. or may be you can recommend something to make my hair look thick and straight.

In my opinion, at that length there isn't much hope for straightening out your hair; unless of course you want to sit there and use a straigthener per individual hair. If it were my hair like that, I'd embrace the curls and try to use some Ice spiker gel to keep it spiked, if that was i was aiming to do.
You could also try to use some anti-frizz treatments, I know Garnier has some pretty cheap products to control those tiny fly-aways that make your hair look like you just woke up. The spiker gel should be enough though, if done right. Try gelling your hair, then passing a comb through it quickly to "catch" the little hairs that seem to frizz up and then try styling as desired. Just my opinion *shrugs*

Hello Fooja, WELCOME!!!!
You have fine hair my friend. I have it too and know it isn't fun to work with. Fine hair lacks the "medula" that goes through the center of each hair strand that those with coarse hair take for granted. Yet since they have it, they can spike their hair or whatever and their hair behaves. Fine hair takes a lot of work and usually methods that abuse this already vulnerable hair type. Instead of weighing your hair down with gels etc., get some hair wax, apply just at the damp stage of drying and blow dry in place. If that doesn't make it behave strongly enough, try some "freezing" hair spray. This will make anyone's hair stand up! Unless it's a foot long! Keep me posted!!!
