Wet hair look?

I think its called a wet hair look were its a product that makes your layers all stand out?

I have had my hair cut and i like the cut but im having trouble keeping the messy look with my layers all visable for long periods of time...

atm i use a small amount of wax on the ends and hair spray...

is there something else i should use?

Anyway, look for a "bedhead" type product or a "surfer hair" look. Even if the products are not labeled as such, ask the store clerk for a product that gives you these looks. They SHOULD know what you are referring to.
