I have that picture but want more like that so if i decide to have mine like that, i can take some to the hairdressers. I have no idea what its called or what to search to find other images though...

This appears to be like a "bowl" cut that is not heavy and all one length, yet rather a bit messy with layering. It's like a tamed down short, boxy emo hairstyle.
