here is away to do longer hair without necessarily much cutting. Comb the bangs flat and twist the ends in a loose bun with product to hold the crimping and light curling.

Comb forward from the crown so bangs catch the light, fluff ends for volume.

I really do not like this look. I think her bangs are way too long. I think her bang line should start further up closer to her forehead. As far as the hair part, it is ok, but could be a little smoother and softer. I love the wavy look, but this picture in particular doesn't tickle my fancy.
