Hi, I've had this hairstyle for about 4~5 years now and I get a lot of attention in public just for having this hairstyle [I don't know why]
![]() ![]() I am trying to achieve this look: ![]() ![]() but I need my hair to grow a little bit longer and I get tired of waiting...Are there any typical products out there sold in pharmacies that can help me grow hair faster even though I am not losing any hair? But yeah, aside from growing my hair longer, should I keep this hairstyle I currently have? Or should I change it? Just wondering..thanks! |

Hello Jentage!
What I would suggest would be to take these pictures with you to your stylist and show the desired finished look. As that your hair be cut NOW in a choppy short of way and discuss hair products (in your area) that will make your hair stand out in this shape and position. There are lots of products available that will allow bedhead hairstyles, or spikes, etc. I would even suggest you start with a little (and I do mean a little...about dime size when flattened) hair wax squeezed out in your palms and smooth down the top combed down layers. Wash hands, then with a pick or comb, or your hands, start picking up the layers to stand out while air drying, or blow dry on LOW setting upside down. Sprays work for this too. Start doing this hairstyle now with the new cut of course, while it has short layers and you will grow used to how to care for and style it when the layers grow. Of course you will have to visit your stylist as needed to keep the texture cut going so it will stand out for you. Best of luck!!
