Halloooo Tool!
Welcome to the forum

Your hairstyle there is a modern day version of the one the Beatles made famous. The Moptop. It is achieved by having your hair all-one-length and almost cut like a "bowl" cut. Should your hair have absolutely NO body at all and be stick straight or worse...fine like mine, it will lay down flat like the dude to his immediate right. He too has a moptop style with all-one-length hair cut around his head in pretty much the same fashion. It's just that he either has fine, straight hair (which is where I'm leaning towards) and let it dry naturally, or he just likes to smooth it that flat and close to the head.

This look you like could have the ends RAZOR cut to help give it some lift and texture there. If you do not have this natural body, you could blow it dry with an extra large round brush rolling it under a little. The fringe on him has been a bit longer and is styled to come down and go off to the side. He has a bit of tapering along the ears and this is something a stylist will recognize so as always, I recommend you take these pics with you to get this cut.

Yet first, you must grow it out this long if you haven't already. This includes layers as it is pretty much all-one-length. This cut is evolving as it hasn't been a classical punk looking style. Perhaps it's the shape of punk to come.

Refused aren't dead! Anyways :P Isn't his hair at the sides at a angle a bit getting longer in the back?. http://www.burningheart.com/refused/refused54.jpg

If I were to talk to the hair stylist and say that its all one length wouldn't it end up like this?

To clarify, I didn't mean a straight and actual bowl cut like Moe's. (perfect example tho and when I want to use a straight off bowl cut, his is the one to use!!!)

I always refer to all-one-length hair as hair that is NOT layered. Sorry. Of course the length would be different in the back than at the sides and the hair would all be those said lengths with little to no layering.

I say this reminds me of a bowl cut because of the straight lines...across the forehead (fringe) and across the ears. The back is layered from the length along his neckline up to where the straight line is at his ears...or so it appears. This layering gives him all that great movement he has when he is moving about the stage. I would imagine it is razor cut layering as that is the trend these days. This gives it that great shaping around the occipital bone on the skull.

This is a horrible picture from the "Paint" program I did real quick to help give an idea. Where it is not filled in in pretty much all-one-length hair (no layering) And the back bottom is layered. Hope this helps
Sorry so primitive.
I do better drawings by hand.

I should get that program. I drew that one in Paint just to save me from searching for it. It was just faster and I search for pics a lot. However, you have def got the cut I am visualizing.

Yes, that will work!
