I came to this site months back on some tips on how to cut my haircut and I need some more now =D
This is the length of my current hair: ![]() ![]() Now I am stuck to see which hairstyle(s) would best suit me. I don't mind a mix-match type of thing. Like the front of one and the side of another. Just some help would be superb! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I like the front of the very first image...and sort of the overall length of the second image. The third image the guy has some sort of layered hair? Which i think looks pretty nice. And the very last image, the back of the hair looks pretty cool. Last edited by nawz; 01-18-2009 at 09:25 AM. |

Hey again nawz,
I don't know if you were happy with the advice from before, however, I'm glad you thought of us to return for more! I like these hairstyles, except the third heavy long one (on you). And you're right, there is not a thing wrong with taking the front or sides, or back of hairstyles and mixing them up. That's how new styles are born!!! On you, I like the back of the last one. It's a choppy layer cut that disables it from lying flat actually and you would have the choice of really making it stick off with product and a blow dry or just allowing it to be a natural rough texture. I like it because you have a square jaw line and the tapering in on the side back really does help that from looking wider. I told you before the long length looks great on you and it does, so long as it doesn't stick off along the jawline and neck as these new pics have. This is what I recommend to people with skinny jawlines to help fool the eye that they look wider. I hope this makes sense to you. ![]() Either one of these cuts along the forehead is a great idea for you too. I'm not sure how high (or not) your forehead is though. I can see it in one fo the older pics you posted and it looks fine!!! The simple "points" of fringe along the forehead help to expose it more giving the illusion of lengthening the face and I think that would actually be best for you. I don't think I ever told you before but personally feel that too heavy fringe shortens and widens your face, so these light, more airy looks are better. Either one of these would work for the front (like all on you except that third longer one). Other than what I just shared, the rest is up to your personal preference. ![]() Thanks again nawz. Have fun with your new style!!! If you can, let us know here how it turns out!
