My hair looks like this



I want my hair to look something like this



I would just like to know how I would get it that way from my current hair. I tried it on my hair when it was a lot longer and it didn't turn out right.

Hello fingersub! Welcome!

You would need to let your hair grow out just a little more. If you tried to tame a style into this look that is, as you put it, "a lot longer", no, it's not going to work.

Let it grow so it's actually driving you crazy, in your eyes, sticking off on the sides, and then TAKE THIS PICTURE, tell them you just want a TRIM, done with a razor so it sweeps across like this fringe here does and has a little texture. NOT SHORTER, just actually texture designed a little on the ends.
