Knots on one side

Reading these posts on shampooing I got to thinking about my own hair adventures. After I shampoo and lightly condition my hair I find that after I take the towel off my head my hair is always really tangled on one side. I don't think I'm shampooing wrong because I'm already doing what Toni says to do. My hair seems to be soft before I get out of the shower. Maybe it's wrapping the towel around my head that's the problem.
