Combing the conditioner

When I shower, I use a large tooth comb and comb the conditioner through my hair. I use a good salon conditioner which makes it easy to do. That way I'm sure I get the conditioner applied through out my hair.

Thank you! I did want to know this. Does it make a difference in the way the conditioner penetrates the hair?

You mentioned salon conditioner. It's my understanding from everything I've read that there's no reason to spend more on salon products.

I don't know when I started that, but I always comb the conditioner through my hair. Where did you read that it is a waste of money to purchase salon products. I thought over the counter products were so full of wax, that it weighed your hair down.
