Anybody ever tried this stuff? it looks almsot like medicine but that could be just packaging. Seems to be a dietary supplment for hair and nails?

I have a friend that started using these pills a week ago in order to
control her eating & weight. Of course she did ask many people who tried them & lost weight before her, but no side effects were mentioned, but she be lose five pounds the first week.
