Renee Zellweger is usually only caught on camera on the red carpet and that means a formal hairstyle which, anymore, is close to the scalp and straight back.  Though she's been captured with a long formal ponytail, this particular style appears to be clipped and covered with a draping or bun cover.

While some of us may have the perfect sized skull to support a beautiful French braid, there are those that would do better with a more loose style such as this "inverted" French braid that simply has you braid from the center over to the outside, instead of from the outside over toward the center .  The long leftover part of this braid on Jaime King,  was simply "looped" up and around, then pinned to further enhance the overall design.
