Truth is, hair this long can naturally obtain waves like these along the bottom third of the length simply from constantly resting on shoulders, articles of clothing, etc. as long as it has a little body in the first place.   If not, you can blow dry them in with a large, round brush after hair is completely dry by lifting a large section, applying heat for several minutes, then for one minute, switch to cool air to set.   Do this from opposite directions down the section and you’ll have a look like Adrienne Janic’s in no time!
